Legal Compliance Director (15+ PQE) Mumbai - 14618/TTL

A leading US industrial company is seeking a lead lawyer for its Indian business. Based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal and business advice to the leadership team and managing the legal, compliance and secretarial functions of their Indian operations. This challenging and rewarding role requires a Common law/UK/Indian qualification with solid in-house experience, preferably gained from multinational companies or major Indian companies in the industrial/manufacturing/engineering space. Strong knowledge of Indian legal system and government structure along with good understanding of international anti-bribery legislation is essential.
