Corporate Development Manager

A FTSE 100 insurance business is looking to hire a Corporate Development Manager following an internal promotion. This is a household name boasting an excellent reputation for internal career progression and development and this role provides fantastic breadth and scope for a commercially minded accountant.

Your new role
You will be working within the corporate strategy and development team this role works closely with the Strategy Director on corporate development strategy across the group, acting as an in house advisory service to the wider business. This role offers exposure to large, complex projects and will partner with a variety of senior stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be reviewing potential corporate development opportunities, assessing financial and strategic factors and impacts on the group and acting as a key contact in transaction execution. This is a great opportunity within a FTSE 100 business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, preferably with post qualification experience in a FTSE 100 business or top tier advisory firm. You will need strong modelling and transaction advisory skills with excellent stakeholder management skills and an understanding of the insurance sector.
