Directories-listed Corporate department in London is looking to recruit two Corporate lawyers - one of 0 to 1 and the other of 3 or more years' PQE. The Corporate team works on a broad range of complex transactions for public and private companies, financial institutions, partnerships, industrial and provident societies and private individuals. In addition to mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private), the team advises clients on private equity, equity capital markets (Official List and AIM), corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and the formation of investment funds. The team also advises clients on all aspects of company law, the Listing Rules, AIM Rules and the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The team advises on domestic and cross-border transactions for clients in a range of sectors, including energy, financial services, healthcare and leisure. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who wish to undertake high quality Corporate law matters and be part of a dynamic and meritocratic department.
