Our client is a cutting edge manufacturing business with a sophisticated product and significant overseas markets. The business is looking to hire a new Finance Director to partner the CEO on a journey of growth and international expansion. The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in an international manufacturing environment and should also be experienced with managing both the supply chain and distribution both in and out of the UK. This role will sit on the Board so the successful candidate should be able to add strategic value to the business as well as take full ownership of the finance function and all banking and investor relationships. This is an opportunity to join a business and leadership team that is at the start of an exciting journey and would suit an experienced finance professional who has already been a stand-alone Finance Director ideally in a SME with some transaction exposure.
