Senior Finance Business Partner needed for a global company based in Berkshire!
£70K - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opening for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a well-established global company located in Berkshire. The role reports into the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and has overall responsibility of leading all financial planning and analysis activities at a company wide level. The role would also be working closely with both the MD and FD interpreting business performance, identifying trends and support in the business in developing appropriate action plans. This role would be well suited to a chartered accountant at Senior Manager level looking to make a first move out of practice into industry or with relevant industry experience already.
To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) or equivalent.
- Degree educated, or experience led equivalent.
- Comprehensive experience of FP&A, Consolidation and Senior stakeholder management in a similar role.
- Confident and assertive, with the ability to communicate clearly and a professionally with directors and other senior employees.
- Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel modelling.
- Good understanding of Cognos Planning and SAP Software.
A little more information about the role:
- Lead all formal Strategic Planning, Annual Planning and Re forecast activities from a financial perspective, ensuring all analytics are robust and challenged.
- KPI and Dashboard development to facilitate better understanding of business performance and the drivers behind it.
- Monthly forecast development, analysis and interpretation.
- Utilise risk-based scenario modelling and analysis to facilitate decision making.
- Provide financial input and support to projects as required.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis as required.
