Construction Solicitor - Projects & Finance

My Client is looking to speak with high calibre construction or project finance junior associates (1-2PQE) for their top rated construction & projects team. This role can be based in either London or Bristol.

You will need a strong grounding in non-contentious construction or projects work. In particular, they are looking for a lawyer to support the development of public sector major projects and infrastructure opportunities across a range of sectors including energy, housing, PPP/PFI/PF2 (including refinancing's) and broader local government projects and regeneration schemes.

You will manage your own caseloads ensuring your experience is varied and broad. Through their national service lines, you will work with notable clients and become a sector specialist. You will receive bespoke training throughout your career ensuring you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide all their clients with a high quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
• Maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services they offer.
• Achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm.
• The work will be high-quality, with excellent supervision and support from a successful and well-motivated Projects Infrastructure and Construction Team
