Interim Group FP&A Director

Interim Group FP&A Director needed for an international consumer brand based in the city. Working closely with the Group CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving wide financial planning and analysis processes and financial modelling across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to join an exciting, growing, PE backed business!

Key responsibilities include

• Implement wide performance management KPIs across the group
• Work closely with the Group CFO as well as the Executive team and PE stakeholders
• Provide analysis of performance against annual budget, business plan and periodic forecasts with detailed commentary highlighting risks and opportunities
• Manage and develop a high quality FP&A team
• Commercial analysis to support the strategic plans across the Group including production costs, capital appraisal and acquisitions
• Produce and present business presentations to key stakeholders relating to performance
• Drive the capex planning and reporting processes

Candidate requirements

• Qualified Accountant - ACA or CIMA
• At least 5 + years in a senior FP&A role
• Proven experience in successfully managing teams at Group level
• Experience in rolling out reporting tools and ability to implement reports and analysis
• Have worked in a consumer, customer-focused brand
• Experience in working in an international business and have the willingness to travel abroad on occasion
