Corporate Tax Associate/Senior Associate
The Corporate Tax team at this full-service Bristol practice ranks alongside London firms across the full spectrum of Tax work. The Team advises clients on both domestic and international Corporate Tax matters, acting as a standalone offering as well as providing support on M&A and Private Equity transactions.
As the Team expands, an additional vacancy has arisen for an additional Associate/Senior Associate with a strong background of experience in Corporate Tax matters. Applicants will join a top-tier Tax offering that advises major blue chip clients on all aspects of taxation, including SDLT and ATLD advice, corporate restructurings, property taxation, and VAT issues.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate a clear level of knowledge and experience in Corporate Tax work, gained at either a comparative South West practice, a City firm, or working as a lawyer internally within an accountancy or tax practice.
