Banking Senior Associate. BCL Legal is assisting an international law firm with the recruitment of a Senior Associate level banking and finance solicitor. This is an opportunity to join a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team that is part of a large national offering.
The Role:
· To work as a Senior Associate in one of Bristol's most highly regarded banking and finance teams.
· Reporting to the Partners you will take a leading role in transactions liaising directly with clients and supervising junior lawyers.
· The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of matters including corporate finance, project finance and real estate finance.
· The department work with household name lenders, international corporate borrowers and are also at the forefront of alternative funding structures.
Candidate Requirements:
· Qualified solicitor or soon to qualify solicitor in England and Wales.
· Experienced banking and finance solicitor, able to operate at Senior Associate level.
· The successful candidate will have gained a broad range of experience across a wide spectrum of banking and finance matters.
· Someone who in committed to Bristol and wants to build their career with a leading international firm.
