Your new company

This firm is a national law practice with a busy corporate team based in central Bristol. They have a constant flow of transactional and commercial work and are looking for an experienced solicitor to join the team and bolster recent growth.

Your new role

This is a senior post and you will manage a caseload of high value commercial and corporate matters. You will be joining a close-knit team that have a particularly strong presence in the food sector. You will also be assisting in training members of staff and business development. You will need experience of running corporate transactions and have a strong technical ability, especially in document drafting. You will possess good people skills and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and targets. You will ideally be a solicitor with several years of good corporate experience, however candidates at all levels of PQE are encouraged to apply.
