This Leading Legal 500 Firm with multiple offices across the region is looking for a Senior Solicitor (6+PQE) or Salaried Partner to join their Commercial Property department. With the department's rapid growth, this firm is eager to continue the recent success by supporting the senior end of the department with their business development.

Your new role
This position has come about due to the continued growth of the firm and increased demand for the development within the Real Estate Team. Responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, increase commercial awareness, promote the reputation and services of the firm, consistently aspire for profitable growth, take responsibility for personal development, support other members of the team, develop new business and participate in marketing activities including networking events, presentations, publishing articles and preparing tenders.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must be a UK qualified solicitor with a strong academic record and a coherent understanding of commercial property matters. You should have considerable experience working within a commercial property department and have knowledge of leases, management work, sales and purchases freehold and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, licences and some corporate support work. There is a wide range of clients including small and medium business to large corporate and PLC's, charities and public sector bodies. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge of residential sales, drafting & analytical skills and be capable of providing both verbal and written advice to clients which is too the point. This position will report into the head of the commercial property team and will come with a professional following they can bring with them.
