Description

Primarily you will support on trade finance transactions and associated project work. You will join a team of existing lawyers who can develop, mentor and up-skill you for this vacancy. This role offer a fantastic opportunity to gain full training and mentoring from an excellent Senior lawyer and expert in this area.

In time you will provide sound and practical legal advice, guidance and support on both core trade and commodity and structured trade finance transactions. It is not essential that you have specific trade Finance experience however a background in Banking or Finance be desirable.

Profile

You will be a qualified solicitor. We would love to speak to solicitors with any of the following experience:

• Banking
• Shipping
• Debt finance
• Commodity fiance
• receivables finance
• Asset based lending
• Trade finance
• Sales finance
• Invoice finance
• Asset finance
• Cross boarder banking experience
• General banking finance

• Some experience of transnational banking is desirable
• Candidates with some cross-border banking experience would also be viewed favourably
• Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in international trade.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop expertise in this niche practice area
