JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE

OVERVIEW: This is a leading multi-office firm with a strong client base and excellent reputation for providing a full range of legal services to both private and commercial clients. Commercial property work is targeted as a key growth area for the firm and the successful Solicitor must have the ability to deal with a broad and diverse range of clients. Commercial awareness is paramount, so is a willingness to put the client first, along with actively going out into the surrounding area to promote and market the firm. This is an established role within the Commercial Property Department with secretarial support - a development opportunity with scope for lots of progression.

COMMERCIAL PROPERY SOLICITOR: With a minimum of 3 years PQE, you will have a proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing. You must be enthusiastic, willing and a strong team player, have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness, possess strong organisational and inter-personal skills and be IT proficient. With the ability to communicate very well in writing using correct grammar and plain English, you will be able to demonstrate your experience of advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law. The caseload will include handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents. A friendly close-knit team.
