My client is a multi office full service national commercial practice.
They seek a predominantly non-contentious intellectual property solicitor for their Manchester office.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years PQE. Work will comprise a range of intellectual property due diligence and general corporate support, audit reviews, intellectual property contracts including licensing, sponsorship agreements, merchandising agreements, royalty agreements, and assignments.
