JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 5 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Exeter

THE ROLE:

Our client is a growing practice with big ambitions to rival the big players in the market over the coming years. They are currently on a major recruitment drive to attract the best talent in the market to join their commercially focused legal practice. They are looking for a senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team. Ideally, the role will be to head up this department and to spear head the development and growth of this team going forward. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will take on an existing caseload but will also be expected to be a driving force behind attracting new business to the department.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is keen to hear from Commercial Litigation Solicitors who have had at least five years of experience gained working with a dispute resolution department. Ideally, our client looks to recruit Solicitors who have gained their experience at a leading national or city practice. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor's experience should cover a wide array of commercial disputes and the successful Solicitor should have had experience of all aspects of alternative dispute resolution methods, in addition to having a plethora of experience representing clients at trial. Experience of business development is essential and any evidence of supervising more junior members of staff would be a distinct advantage.
