Responsibilities

A dynamic, friendly and supportive team that is lead and mentored by the Director of Legal. The hiring manager has big plans afoot and brings a wealth of experience to the business! Together you shall advise on a wide range of legal queries and take a proactive approach in shaping the Legal function, as well as facilitating further growth within the business.

The primary focus will be on commercial and regulatory matters. Additional responsibilities may include ad hoc litigation, M&A support, competition law, data privacy as well as Intellectual Property & IT - any exposure to these areas would be advantageous but not essential as support will be available in an already established business.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, NQ - 10 years PQE* (all candidates considered on merit)
  • Confident, personable and a desire to learn beyond your existing area of specialism
  • Desirable to have a regulatory background or interest in that field - any kind of regulation

Package

In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent package comprising of a strong salary plus a company car/allowance, corporate benefits and the prospect of working 1 day from home. Part-time arrangements is also a possibility.
