This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Partner to join its growing office in Sevenoaks delivering a first class service to an expanding client base.
 
You will be running your own caseload dealing mainly with personal taxes including Inheritance, Capital Gains and Income Tax ,Life Interest Trusts, Discretionary Trusts and Declarations of Trusts. You will complete Trust Tax Returns, draft Trust Accounts, Variation of Trusts and Lifetime Trusts.

You will be drafting Wills including Wills with Life Interest Trusts, Wills with Discretionary Trusts of Residue, Nil rate band discretionary Trusts and Wills for business clients.

You will also have responsibility for managing paralegal and support staff.
