The Client is a well-established firm based in London who are seeking an experienced Contracts and Claims Manager. The applicant must have an experience of contentious and non-contentious construction preferably gained within a law firm. They must also be familiar with professional indemnity matters relating to construction professionals. Any applicant must possess key communication skills along with being reliable and at all times professional. Among these attributes, the ideal candidate must possess the ability to influence and persuade people at all levels and to negotiate on behalf of Members thereby ensuring the best possible outcome.
