The premier law firm in Bahrain are seeking a mid-senior associate to join their top-tier corporate team. This next hire comes as part of their regional expansion, having already taken on several expat associates this year.
For this role you will need to be fully bilingual in Arabic and English and have a general corporate background. You will need to have client-facing experience and be comfortable leading on transactions and managing your own workload.
The focus for this role will be M&A, corporate governance, restructurings, commercial contracts, and regulatory work.
