Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a successful, high growth private equity backed market leader in a highly innovative niche area of the healthcare sector. The group is now looking to recruit a high profile, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to support the CEO in driving the company towards its growth targets. The company is looking to go through a period of organic growth as well as to grow via acquisitions and, ultimately resulting in a successful exit.

The role will have overall responsibility for the finance function as well as having a broader remit and responsibility for the group property and IT strategy, this will include working with the commercial and support functions to help drive top line growth and profitability. As well as leading an active M&A and investment strategy. Additionally this role will include working with multiple stakeholders including at Board level.

We are looking for a first class finance professional, able to think outside the box and with experience of taking a business through a successful period of planned growth. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with strong academics, gravitas and able to communicate at all levels. Our client is a highly consumer focused organisation with multiple business lines that operates in diverse areas within the sector, an understanding of the key drivers within a similar business is desired.
