JOB TITLE: Part time - Private Client Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Leicestershire (Commutable from Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Tamworth, Rugby, Leicester and Ashby De La Zouch)

SALARY: Dependant on experience

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to increase the offerings of the team. The appointed Private Client Solicitor will become an integral member of the team and will take on a busy and varied caseload from the outset. This caseload will include the appointed Private Client Solicitor being responsible for administering an estate and dealing with any issues arising from this, drafting and analysing wills, trusts, LPAs and advising on the implications of certain tax provisions. For the right candidate, this firm can offer an excellent network of support, rapid career progression and a competitive salary. This role will commence on a part time 3 days basis however, if the appointed Private Client Solicitor generates more business by participating in business development and has a desire to work more than 3 days then full time may be on offer.

THE PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR:

Our client is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor and, therefore, the ideal candidate is one with at least 3 years of experience gained in another private client department. The successful Private Client Solicitor will have experience across all areas of wills, trusts and probate, and will have experience of advising on complex tax issues. STEP qualification is desirable however not essential. The appointed Private Client Solicitor should have strong communication skills and appreciate the sensitive nature of the work they are undertaking.
