PS Resourcing has been retained by a North West based multi service line accountancy firm to recruit a work winning Corporate Finance Lead Advisory Partner to ultimately lead the department in the firms next phase of growth.
The experienced CF team has an excellent track record of originating and executing deals in the lower mid market sector (circa £5 million to £40 million bracket, mainly sell side transactions) and is backed up by having a very strong audit client base that generates a number of deals on an annual basis.
The firm is looking to speak to Corporate Financiers with extensive OMB / entrepreneurial client base experience, strong leadership and team management skills and a track record of developing long term relationships with OMB's, introducers and the Private Equity community.
