CFO

Our client is a Private Equity backed company based in Africa looking to recruit a CFO with a strong track record in high growth businesses. Working closely with the Senior Management team you will have full ownership of all financial, accounting and reporting aspects of the business.  You will play an instrumental role in shaping the strategy of the business building and mentoring the finance team and putting in place plans for succession.

This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience of working as a Finance Director or CFO for Private Equity or Venture Capital backed companies. Experience of working for a business with a presence in Africa would be hugely advantageous as would exposure to the Energy, Consumer, Industrial or Financial Services sectors. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in high growth businesses with an international footprint.

The role would suit a candidate seeking a transformation role for a 6 to 12 month period.
