Your new company

Your new company is exciting construction company, backed by a large investment group, that have just started a new build housing project based in Bristol.

Your new role

In your new role you will oversee and control all finance functions in the company, reporting directly into the CEO. You will act as the key finance contact for all operational and senior management teams, you will create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts. You will manage the cash flow, control general overheads and review all financial plans and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be to be a professional qualified accountant ACCA or equivalent and will ideally have previous financial controlling experience within the construction industry. You will need extensive experience of accounting systems and excellent excel skills. You will have previous experience of managing a team and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

What you'll get in return

In return you will get a competitive salary of £75,000 including benefits and bonuses. You will have the opportunity to lead the finance function for an exciting upcoming new build housing construction project. You manage your own team and work closely with the CEO.
