Senior Construction Counsel - CLEAN ENERGY

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and most innovative renewable energy companies at the forefront of developing solar PV and energy storage projects as their Senior Legal Counsel - Construction.

As Senior Legal Counsel - Construction you will report to the Head of Legal, and be responsible for a diverse portfolio of construction work across the major projects, commercial, and operations teams. You will provide support with regard to acquisition, development and disposal, as well as procurement, O&M contracts, and EPCs. Beyond this you will be integral in the wider commercial function of the legal team, ensuring efficiency, and delivering construction support in a timely manner.

The ideal person for this role will have private practice or excellent/relevant in-house training, and post qualification construction experience with a minimum of 4 years PQE, and strong academic credentials. Further, it is beneficial to have had exposure to the energy/renewables/projects space. You must be keen to undertake a varied and challenging role, in both a practical and advisory manner
