Corporate Associate at US firm

A leading US firm with a growing London office are looking for a corporate associate to join their well regarded team. The corporate team work on complex cross-border M&A and private equity deals with a particular strength within the energy sector and are working on some of the most high profile and complex deals in the international oil and gas sector. The firm are considered market leaders in the energy sector and The London office serves as a coordinating centre for their operations in Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

You will be a qualified corporate associate between 2-4 years PQE. You will have strong private equity and M&A experience from a well regarded firm in the London market. An interest in energy and infrastructure (including telecoms) and emerging markets is desirable. You will be expected to work on a range of high profile cross-border private equity and M&A transactions (including special situations).
