A highly-regarded corporate commercial boutique firm requires a junior real estate solicitor to join their well-established real estate team in London.
The Role and Responsibilities
Joining a firm of around 10 partners, the real estate solicitor will cover a broad range of commercial real estate work including corporate, employment, litigation and commercial property. The successful real estate solicitor can expect to be involved with work as varied as:
- Multi-million-pound commercial investment acquisitions
- Large-scale mixed-use development
- A range of landlord and tenant matters
The commercial property team impresses with the breadth of work and their enthusiasm for every deal whether big or small.
