I am working with a National client who are seeking to recruit a Solicitor to assist the Partners on a varied caseload of Insurance cases as well as working independently on their own for a team based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be joing a successful and proactive team dealing with non marine insurance work for key London clients and International Insurers.

Applications are being accepted from candidates with suitable defendant insurance law experience who are able to demonstrate a real interest in handling a wide variety of interesting and challenging defendant work.

You must be a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail as well as commercial acumen.

If successful, you will demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and the ability to deliver results within required time frames in order to provide the highest service level to external clients whilst demonstrating and communicating a clear understanding of business needs/changes to internal clients.

Your caseload caseload will consist of a variety of Property, Product Liability and EL/PL matters and a background in advising on policy validity and coverage would be advantageous.
