Property Finance Solicitor

An exciting new role has arisen in Newcastle for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a tight knit firm in its Newcastle office, focusing on Property Finance work for an impressive client base. The property department is well established and they have an excellent reputation; particularly within Property Finance work. They are looking for someone who can continue to drive their department forward within the North East and who is passionate about business development
The firm offers coast to coast legal support from their offices and the Newcastle office specifically handles matters on a range of different areas as well as Commercial Property including Corporate, Commercial and Employment advice as well as a niche specialism in Medical Negligence
The Role:
On a day to day basis you will be handling a broad range of Property Financial work which will include secured lending a well as some corporate matters and share purchases
You will be handling a high quality caseload with a major focus on title reviews.
You will be establishing new business and providing a consistently exceptional service to the existing commercial clients of the firm.
All work will be financial focused with no sales and purchase work due to the firms major clients being banking clients
The Candidate:
The firm are flexible with experience level however are looking to recruit somebody with a strong understanding of commercial property work
Previous experience of Property Finance work is desirable but certainly not vital as these skills can be taught
The firm are looking for someone who has a strong passion for marketing and business development and this is a crucial aspect they are looking for in candidates.
