My client is a long established and highly successful law practice offering a full range of legal services to businesses, institutions and high net worth individuals.

Their office network spans Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge and Chelmsford and they are well on their way to achieving their ambition to be the leading regional firm in the East of England. Although a large firm with over 350 staff and 61 partners who are capable of providing highly specialised advice in most areas of law, the firm remains in touch with its core objective which is to provide clients in every sector with a highly personalised service. This is also true for the lawyers who work there.

Their corporate/ commercial department acts for a range of corporate clients across a variety of industry sectors, including owner managed
and family businesses, public companies, start-up and spin-out companies, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms and a fast-growing number of International businesses. The team was recently named as the corporate and commercial regional firm of the year at The Legal 500 UK Awards

They are actively looking to recruit non-contentious Corporate/Commercial lawyers at all levels in their Cambridge and Norwich offices to join this successful and growing practice.
