Your new role
As a junior member of the team you will be expected to work on contractual and commercial matters under supervision. Review and negotiate agreements including and not limited, contracts, frameworks, warranties, non-disclosure agreements. Liaise with other teams to provide support and address risk and promote competitiveness. To manage the contract review process in line with corporate governance and support the business in the contract delivery phase.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Lawyer/Solicitor with 2 PQE and experience in engineering/construction contracts. You will have the confidence and aptitude to progress rapidly to independently manage your own workload. You will be expected to liaise internally with Senior Management and Directors, project managers and externally with clients, their solicitors and other external bodies. Your inter-personal and collaborative skills will help contribute to the organisation and the dissemination of legal 'know-how' within the organisation.
