Finance Director

Grafton Banks is working with a successful international business near Crawley to recruit for an Interim Finance Director for a 9 - 12 month period. This position would suit a Qualified Accountant with strong technical skills and PLC reporting experience.

Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include

• Full responsibility for all Finance activities both in the UK and overseas, ensuring that all financial controls, records, budgets and reports are clear, accurate in line with the company’s policies and financial regulations
• Management and motivation of a team of 14 based in the UK and a further 5 based abroad
• Assistance with provision of information for Corporation Tax, PAYE and VAT returns

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant with experience leading and coaching finance teams, and have held responsibility for Financial, Management, and Statutory Accounts, and FP&A. Additionally, you will also have experience looking after EU entities, and overseas teams. Must posses strong technical accounting skills.

Due to the interim nature of this role applicants must be available to start work at short notice.
