Financial Controller

Your new company

This high-end British brand designs, produces and retails homeware products and has been doing so to the highest standard for over 20 years. They are currently undergoing a period of transformational growth and are looking for a Financial Controller to become a key member of their team as they action their plans.

Your new role

Working closely with the Finance Director, the you will be responsible for providing full sets of financial and management accounts and will partner various stakeholders across the business. As well as involvement in the day-to-day financial processes you will be providing high quality financial information to enable strategic decision making. This role is hands on and fast moving.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with at least 3 years PQE ideally within the retail or manufacturing sector. You will possess a strong technical skill set as well as a forward-thinking commercial mind-set. The ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and manage a busy and varied workload is essential. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
