Senior Management Accountant

Your new company
An international organisation with a small business, close culture. The organisation have operations in 8 international countries and are headquartered in the US. The business have gone from strength to strength as they have developed their operations in the last 12 years.

Your new role
Working as part of a finance team of 5, this role take an important position within their group of entities and will be responsible from bringing in house a large proportion of the management reporting from the outsourcing firm. Working across several countries you will be tasked with building relationships with international Finance Managers, putting the management reports together and then taking the results out to the business.

Duties

• Preparation of monthly management reports with commentary
• Variance analysis of budgets vs actuals and presentation to operational teams
• Business partnering with finance and non finance
• Cash flow forecasting
• Working closely with Head of Finance, deputising in absence
• Process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
This role will be ideally suited to professionals who have either gained experience in management accounting from work in an outsourcing firm, or from working in house in an organisation with multiple entities.
The role will be focused around process improvement as management reporting is improved in the long term. The ideal candidates will be qualified and will be able to deputise for the Head of Finance.
