Fast growing construction business based in Manchester City Centre requires a Finance Director.
Reporting to the General Manager this is a newly created role requiring a self starter with an ambition to implement systems and a new team around them.
The business is growing quickly in the UK, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the number one person in finance within the UK. As this is a new role you will be dealing with the implementation of new finance reporting IT systems as well as processes and policies for finance. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and development of a team in Manchester.
You will be qualified and have experience of systems implementation to develop steamline reporting for the business. You will also be very hands on with regards to reporting and day to day finance while the systems are being developed.
The right candidate will have strong systems experience, have experience in construction or property and be looking for a role that will develop quickly.
