Commercial Litigation Partner
Commercial Litigation Boutique
Central London
8 pqe plus

My client is a boutique litigation practice in central London and is well known as an offshoot from a magic circle firm.

They are currently inviting applications from experienced lawyers who have worked at leading City litigation practices or the Commercial Bar. Most importantly they are looking for highly driven lawyers with the highest of academic credentials, and ambition to supersede the crowd in being successful in taking on some of the most interesting and complex disputes in commercial litigation. In return, successful applicants can expect a genuinely stimulating environment whereby the quality of work is outstanding and the attitude of the company is refreshing.

This firm offers exceptional quality work and a tailored approach to dealing with their clients. They manage court litigation relating to international disputes taking place in off-shore or other foreign jurisdictions. Areas of litigation covered are disputes involving Banking and financial services, Companies (including shareholders and directors), Commercial contracts, Competition (private enforcement actions), Fraud/corruption, IT disputes, International trade, Insurance and reinsurance, Mergers & acquisitions (including completion accounts and warranties), Funds and private equity disputes, Private international issues, Professional negligence (particularly accountants and lawyers), International human rights, and Senior executive compensation and poaching disputes.

If this exceptional opportunity sounds of interest, please get in touch or apply as directed. For more information please contact Catherine Knowles at Search Legal on 0203 151 2151 or.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
