Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a contribution to the overall success of the company, by effectively managing all financial tasks; overseeing budgeting, management reporting, and accounting. Strategically you will work with the senior management team to formulate pricing, drive operational initiatives and influence growth through better financial information and analysis.

The role requires a hands-on Controller; someone willing to be involved in the day to day accounting needs of the business. You will be technically sound and an experienced operator who can contribute to improving policies and procedures leading to operational enhancements, as the business is forecast for continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Financial modeling, management reporting and rigorous commercial analysis Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

Preparation of Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet

Manage a small but capable team

Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

You will be a qualified accountant, with experience in a manufacturing and/or retail environment being a distinct advantage.
