Head of Financial Reporting & Control

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a leading international insurer to recruit an interim Head of Financial Reporting & Control for a 3-6 month period.

Leading a large finance function the role has full responsibility for ensuring that all financial reporting deadlines are met in compliance with IFRS and Solvency II accounting standards, that strong financial controls are in operation, effective and actively monitored and that the finance function is performing to a high standard.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced senior finance leader with a strong background in leading financial reporting and control teams and a proven track record of delivering statutory and regulatory reporting. You must have worked in large Blue-Chip businesses and will ideally have strong insurance industry experience. You must possess excellent stakeholder management experience and have proven experience leading large finance teams. This is an immediate requirement so applicants must be available at short notice.
