Financial Controller for established residential property development company
Your new company
You will be working for a well established and respected residential property development business based in West London. They are looking for an interim Financial Controller to manage a large property portfolio.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the regional Financial Controller and be responsible for managing a large portfolio will also be integral in improving financial controls and processes across the team. You will take ownership of managing the JV partner relationship including JV reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant who has a strong technical background. You will have a strong record or improving processes and ideally be from a business where you have had exposure to JV reporting.
What you'll get in return
You will be receive a salary of up to £400 per day and the opportunity to improve a finance function. This role also offers temp to perm possibility.
