The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on CFO / Finance director, to work with an ambitious Private Equity backed business. They are poised for growth, having already completed a number of acquisitions and are now looking to recruit for a Chief Financial Officer to support the CEO, and operational MDs in the strategic shaping of the organisation,whilst taking overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Finance and admin functions (HR, IT etc).

The Person

You will be a qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with exposure to working in a retail/multi-site/hospitality environment. As this organisation is PE backed, exposure to having worked with a growing, shareholder value creation focused investor will be a distinct advantage. You will need to be a strategic thinker and influencer, with the ability to produce high quality management information to support the growth strategies. Not only is it an exciting role, it offers a very competitive salary, bonus and equity.

My client is a Private Equity backed, profitable multi-site retail business that is highly acquisitive having grown its number of sites dramatically over the last few years.
