A part-time Head of Finance & Operations position has just become available at a venture capital backed technology start up in London. The Head of Finance & Operations will work alongside the senior leadership team and will own all aspects of finance and treasury and support the business' growth.

A part-time Head of Finance & Operations position has just become available at a venture capital backed technology start up in London. The Head of Finance & Operations will work alongside the senior leadership team and will own all aspects of finance and treasury and support the business' growth.

As Head of Finance & Operations your key responsibilities will be:

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of day to day finance

• Managing cash management and forecasting

• Reviewing and approving statutory accounts

• Providing commercial decision support to the corporate directors

• Planning revenue model

• Taking on operational responsibilities & challenges

• Managing treasury

• Performing ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate should have:

• An accounting qualification or overseas equivalent

• Experience of working in an earlier stage venture capital firm

• Experience of SAAS business models

• Experience of building out a finance function

• A hands-on attitude
