Group Finance Director

£80m T/O multisite B2B services group is recruiting a Group Finance Director.

Having received recent PE investment the board require a high calibre Finance leader. The role reports to the CEO and as a member of the Exec Leadership Team it will work alongside the Commercial, Operational and IT Directors to deliver its strategies of acquisitional growth, margin enhancement, enhanced systems and infrastructure improvement.

The role will have complete responsibility and accountability for the finance function, with 3 direct reports it will manage a team of 15 across 2 sites, as well as have responsibility for HR.

As this appointment is a critical part of the ELT, candidates will need a track record of successful leadership and board level involvement. Applicants must be qualified, have significant exposure to PE environments and also have experience of working in highly regulated business sectors, such as Gaming, Travel, Legal or Financial Services.

The successful candidate will be an individual who can demonstrate a strong technical skill set, but most importantly is proactive, highly commercial, a confident communicator and demonstrates a ‘can-do' attitude.
