Finance Director

Finance Director. Our client, a rapidly expanding business, seeks to recruit a hands on commercially aware experienced qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA to control all accounting and financial matters. ACA's with recent Big 4 experience will also be considered.

You will take full responsibility for financial strategy as well as the finance function consisting of a small team of staff.
* Production of monthly management accounts for the group.
* Annual Statutory Accounts
* KPI's.
* Weekly cash flow forecasts.
* Budgets.
* Payroll
* HMRC
* VAT Returns
* Maintaining relationships with bankers, auditors, HMRC etc.
* Company secretarial duties.
This role would suit an ambitious Financial Director, who wishes to play a key role in supporting the Managing Director in the future growth of this expanding business.
