Senior Legal Counsel (5+ PQE) - 14427/TTL

This NASDAQ-listed energy company is seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to take on a Senior Legal Counsel role based in Singapore. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on regulatory, general corporate, commercial, real estate and employment matters in Asia. You will also be required to manage agreements and assist project financing, M&A and investment activities. You ideally are Singaporean qualified with over 5 years' PQE in transactional work at a top local/international law firm or an MNC. Candidates with Common Law qualification are welcome to apply. Excellent project management and communication skills are highly desirable. Chinese language skills are a strong plus as you might communicate with corporate clients from PRC. REF: 14427/TTL
