The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a large proportion of which is central London work, which you would normally only expect to see top City firms dealing with.

You will work side on side with the Partners, placing you at the forefront of this growing department.

The caseload will be varied making for an interesting role. You will deal with a client base ranging from SME, entrepreneurs, national companies and FTSE 250 companies. The work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Development, Investment, Landlord and tenant and Commercial leases.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
