JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

LOCATION: Derby

SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE:

This specialist firm in Derby are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer into their busy Commercial Property team to deal with and build on an existing caseload of Commercial Property files. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer should be a minimum of 3+ PQE and currently be working within a law firm managing a caseload of Commercial Property files. The workload will consist of but not be limited to; acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and some development work, whilst benefitting from the support of the team. In addition to fee earning the Commercial Property Lawyer will be encouraged to carry out business development activities to build on success and grow the client base.

THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER:

To be considered for this opportunity the Commercial Property Lawyer should have a minimum of 3 years PQE if qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, non-qualified fee earners will also be considered but would need a minimum of 5 - 6 years experience of handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will have exceptional client care and file management experience and be able to work well independently and within a team.
