Interim Finance Director required to work for a leading manufacturing business during a time of expansion for an initial 6 month period. The business is in need of an experienced Finance Director who is comfortable operating in a hands-on manner to deliver standardisation and rigour across the business in terms of financial controls and insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing rigour to reporting, controls and processes across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to maintain and enhance strong cash flow
- Manage a team of circa. 10 people.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure full financial understanding and promote the integrity of the finance function
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally ACA qualified but CIMA/ACCA will also be considered
- Demonstrable manufacturing background with multi-site experience
- Resilient individual to tackle any issues that arise, also with ability to boost morale and energy within the business
- Strong stakeholder management experience
