Requirements

  • Must be 5+ PQE
  • Must be qualified from a Common Law juridiction
  • Must have experience advising on commodity supply agreements
  • Must have excellent drafting and negotiating skills
  • Mist have an understanding of INCOTERMS
  • Ideally be based in the region
