My client, a leading Legal 500 firm with one of the largest teams of lawyers in the South outside London, are seeking a Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
You will spend a significant part of your time on banking and finance work, including refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring, increditor issues and general banking/security work.
Clients include banks, mid tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major plcs.
You will be between 2-4 years qualified and will come from a leading practice.
