Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution Lawyer with Insolvency focus - Hong Kong - attractive low-tax salary

This global law firm is among the leaders in the offshore world. It fields a highly impressive team across all key jurisdictions, advising an international client base on some of the highest-value and highest-profile matters in the market.

Its Hong Kong office provides a key regional presence for servicing the firm's Asian client base, advising principally on matters relating to the BVI or Cayman Islands. It is looking to bolster its team through the addition of two experienced, English qualified Commercial Litigation lawyers, ideally with some expertise in contentious insolvency work.

The more junior commercial litigation role is likely to suit someone in the 2 to 4 years' experience range whilst the more senior position will require experience of leading on matters and an aptitude for client development which is likely to suit someone with at least 5 years' pqe. Chinese language skills and/or experience of working in Asia, whilst useful, are not a requirement for the right people.

This commercial litigation role is a great opportunity to join a prestigious firm and enjoy all the advantages of a high-end legal career whilst benefitting from a supportive and team-focused environment, lots of client contact and front line exposure, and a work-life balance that is simply unattainable in most major onshore firms.
